1. General Terms

• By hiring our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Scope of Services

• We provide trained maids, babysitters, elderly caretakers, cooks, and personal drivers across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

• Our services include full-time, part-time, and live-in domestic help.

• The duties and responsibilities of each service provider are predefined and discussed before hiring.

2.2 Booking & Payments

• Payment must be made in advance before service commencement.

• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment methods available on our website.

2.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• Clients can cancel the service 48 hours before the start date for a full refund.

• Refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy (refer to the dedicated page).

• No refund is issued if the service is canceled midway without a valid reason.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide a safe and respectful working environment for our service providers.

• Any misbehavior, harassment, or misconduct towards our staff will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

• The client is responsible for informing us immediately in case of any issues with the service provider.

4. Code of Conduct for Service Providers

• Our service providers are trained professionals and must follow company rules and ethical guidelines.

• Any service provider found engaging in misconduct, theft, or unethical behavior will be terminated immediately.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• While we thoroughly verify and train our staff, we are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by third-party actions.

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the service period. Clients are advised to secure valuables.

• We provide replacement services if any issues arise but do not guarantee permanent availability of a particular worker.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect customer data only for service purposes and do not share it with third parties without consent.

• Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes must first be addressed through customer support.

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with Mumbai, Maharashtra's legal jurisdiction.
