Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maa Durga Facility Services (Maid Service Pro), we are committed to providing high-quality domestic services, including maids, babysitters, elderly caretakers, cooks, and personal drivers. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every service provided.

1. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

1.1 Cancellation Before Service Starts

If you cancel the service before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding any processing fees).
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the service start date.

1.2 Cancellation After Service Has Started

If you cancel after the service has started, a partial refund may be granted depending on the duration of service already provided.
Refunds will be calculated based on the number of days the service was utilized and any advance payments made.

1.3 No Refunds in Certain Cases

No refunds will be issued if the service is canceled after 50% or more of the scheduled duration.
If the service is terminated due to misconduct, policy violations, or misuse, no refunds will be provided.
Refunds will not be issued if the client is dissatisfied without a valid reason or if the service provider was not given a fair chance to improve performance.

2. Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with the assigned maid, babysitter, or caretaker, we offer a free replacement within the first 7 days of service.
Additional replacements after this period may be subject to a nominal fee.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
